My problem with fitness is that I eat and drink too much and I don’t exercise enough. Apart from that I am fighting fit.
However, things might be about to change.
The practical driver for this is a 20 mile charity walk I am doing in June. The emotional driver is coming later on in the year with the return of the Gladiators. I am excited beyond words. I have always had a notion of taking part in this and I may even consider a training regime.
Mr Tosh tells me that all I need is 6-weeks to get myself up to fighting fitness, his guidance coming in the form of Rocky Balboa.
